Easy Relax Terms and Conditions

1. Full payment of the spa vacation, revitalisation package, group travel experience, or therapy treatment is required to secure your place.

2. Prices for any accomodation booked are based on 2 sharing a a double bed apartment apartment. Single supplement is available. Please contact us for details.

3. We cannot accept liability for:

cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action or natural disaster or other events beyond our control.

participant’s medical conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday.

loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.

4. Cancellations

Whilst we try and resell any place that is cancelled, our places are limited and so we must apply a cancellation charge.

Cancellation can be made via email to info@easy-relax.com or write to Jerome Douglas, Easy Relax, Bungalow L, Sol Andalusi, Alhaurin de la Torre, 29130 Malaga, Spain.

If you cancel your booking after you have paid in the full, the following cancellation charges will be made

- Up to 42 days before departure Loss of deposit
- 41-28 days before departure 50% of total price
- 27-14 days before departure 65% of total price
- 13 days or less before departure 100% of price

5. In the most unlikely event that Easy Relax cancels your treatments, spa vacation, group travel experience or revitalisation package, the cost of your service will be refunded in full with the exception of your travelling costs.

6. If you have any major physical, medical or emotional illness within the past 3 years or are under medical supervision you must notify us of the details at the time of booking & by giving details on the booking form. Where appropriate we may request a doctor's certificate of fitness to travel. Persons attending spa vacations, revitalisation package, group travel experience, or therapy treatments do so entirely at their own risk. Non disclosure of information can invalidate your insurance. If you are in doubt as to the suitability of the Easy Relax service that you are about to purchase in relation to to your medical condition,please consult your doctor.

7. In order to participate in these Easy Relax services, all clients must have comprehensive travel, cancellation & medical insurance in place prior to their visit to Malaga, Spain.
