The Al-Siro talasso spa is located at the Melia Costa Del Sol Hotel in Torremolinos. The spa talasso circuit includes a dynamic pool, hydromassage pool with sea water, sauna, and Turkish bath. In addition the spa has massage rooms, therapeutic treatments, vichy jet shower, and hydrojet shower facilities.

The centre offers traditional massages, reflexology, physiotherapy, and pampering treatments such as algae, mud and chocolate wraps.
