Full Body Massage:

This incorporates Swedish style hand movements to promote a relaxing and detoxifying effect, through improved circulation and lymphatic drainage. 1 hour session. Price €40


Reflexology:

Reflexology is a natural healing therapy that dramatically improves health. It can relax, energize, balance, and positively affect the human body. 1 hour session. Price €40


Deep Tissue Release

Encompasses a range of deep, rhythmic movements, applied using every part of the fingers, thumbs, knuckles, heal and palm of the hand, elbow and forearm. Helps to relieve tension in 1 hour session. Price €40


Back, Neck, and Shoulders

Relaxing Swedish style hand movements concentrating on the tension areas in the back, neck, and shoulders. Relaxing 30 minute session. Price €25


One-to-one Yoga

One-to-one yoga tailored to the clients needs using postures, breath work and stillness, to bring harmony to the mind body and soul. Session 1¼ hours. Class attendance also available. Price €30


Esoteric Healing Each session may involve some or all of the following- gentle yoga, breathing exercise, meditation, healing blocked energies, healing sounds and symbols, aromatherapy, self healing techniques to practice at home. Price €60
