Esoteric healing is a holistic approach to your health. Each session may involve some or all of the following- gentle yoga, breathing exercise, meditation, healing blocked energies, healing sounds and symbols, aromatherapy, self healing techniques to practice at home.

First session lasts 1½ hours and costs €85.00

Subsequent sessions last about 1 hour and costs €60.00

Esoteric healing involves the transmutation of blocked energy and starts the process of returning to self love and thus allowing a true healing.

When we become unwell, or have a disease, it is because of disharmony in the body. This disharmony often comes from blocked and harmful emotions that over time, if not dealt with, get stored in our bodies.
