Deep tissue release massage goes deep into the muscle and connective tissue to release chronic tension which might have developed from injury or overuse. Using gentle, firm pressure along the grain of the muscle, its purpose is to locate and release trigger points, relax deeply held patterns of tension and flush out toxins.
